Exchange & Return Policy

At Octonov, every piece is crafted with care and precision. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to assist with an exchange or store credit to ensure you absolutely love your jewellery.

If you’d like to request an exchange, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your package so that we can initiate the process from our end.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging — and sent back within 7 days of purchase, mentioning your order number starting with #ON.

After 7 days, if the item or proof of shipment has not been received, the order will no longer qualify for an exchange.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a confirmation and dispatch the replacement item to your provided address.

Items sent without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.


Exchanges

One-Time Exchange:
We offer one complimentary exchange per order in case of sizing or fit issues. Octonov will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you at no additional charge.

Subsequent Exchanges:
In the rare event you wish to exchange an item again, you will be responsible for the return and forward shipping costs.

Octonov reserves the right to deny a return if the item doesn’t pass our quality check, appears worn, mishandled, or is returned without its tags. In such cases, the piece will be sent back to the customer.

Cancellations

We begin preparing your order immediately after it’s placed.
If you need to cancel, please contact us within 6 hours of your purchase.
Orders marked as shipped cannot be cancelled, as they are already in transit.


Adjustments

If you’ve ordered an incorrect size or the jewellery doesn’t fit perfectly, we’ll be happy to exchange it for the correct one.


Re-Plating / Repair

If your jewellery requires re-plating to restore its shine or repair due to damage, you can send it back in the original packaging.
This service is available at an additional cost, depending on the work required.
Please note: the customer will bear the shipping and repair/re-plating costs.


Damages & Issues

We take utmost care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised items, as well as gift cards, are non-returnable.
If you have any doubts about your item’s eligibility for exchange, please get in touch before sending it back.


Return Policy: Quality Check & Incorrect Product Returns

All returned items undergo a strict quality inspection to maintain Octonov’s standards of craftsmanship.

Quality Check Failure:
If the returned product shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present during dispatch, Octonov will not be responsible for any loss in value. The customer may request the item to be sent back at their expense.

Incorrect Product Returns:
If an item not purchased from Octonov is sent to us by mistake, we cannot accept responsibility for it. The sender will be informed, and the item can be returned at their cost.


Refunds

Our policy is No Refunds.
If you’d like to exchange your purchase for another design, size, or colour, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will issue a store credit or process an exchange accordingly.
